Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan only.

Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, we aim to hand it over to our courier partner on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

After your order has been handed over to our courier partner, delivery generally takes approximately 3–4 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, public holidays, or other courier-related delays.

Please note: Saturday and Sunday are considered non-working days.

Shipping Charges

Enjoy FREE DELIVERY on orders above PKR 2,500.

For orders below PKR 2,500, shipping charges vary depending on the customer's city/location.

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed to you after selecting your delivery location during the ordering process.

Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

You can place your order online and pay the full amount to the courier when your package is delivered.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery information, including your name, phone number and complete address, is correct before placing your order.

Stitch & Wear cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate delivery address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please take clear photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

This will help us investigate the issue with our courier partner and assist you appropriately.

Delivery Delays

While we work with our courier partner to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our control.
